A Word From Anne

This pink and yellow horizon watercolor brings together impressionistic brushstrokes of pink and yellow into a single peaceful yet lively painting.

The earth is represented by bright yellow watercolor paint, and in the very center the yellow meets up with pink to form a horizon.

Or could it be that the sea has turned into swirling yellows, waves rising and singing with joy as they crest in colorful liquid sunshine?

The pink in the painting's top half hears the song and cools the yellow to make this painting a gentle, tranquil experience - yet still filled with life and a little playful.

It's exactly the look and spirit when night gives way to light, and it's why I called this painting Dawn.

If you like to take your time in the morning and wake up gently, this is the perfect painting for you. Hang it anywhere in your home to help your cells and senses awaken. (Or let it gentle the energy at work by bringing it into your office.)

Either way, it's a new day. Perfect and poised with beauty and promise.
